Silica sol

Nano-sized silica (SiO2) particles are uniformly dispersed in water to form a stable colloidal solution with the chemical formula mSiO2·nH2O; it has stable quality and is customizable.

It is a stable colloidal solution formed by uniformly dispersing nanoscale silica (SiO2) particles in water, with the chemical formula mSiO2·nH2O; its pH ranges from 9 to 11, and the particle size is controllable. It boasts a large specific surface area and excellent adsorption properties, as well as good adhesion, high-temperature resistance, and superior hydrophilicity and oleophobicity.

Alkaline Silica Sol

It is a stable colloidal solution formed by the uniform dispersion of nanoscale silica (SiO₂) particles in water, with a chemical formula of mSiO₂·nH₂O. In acidic systems, the solution exhibits good stability within a pH range of 2.0–4.0; however, when the pH rises to 4.0–7.0, gelation becomes more pronounced.

Acidic Silica Sol

It is a stable colloidal solution formed by the uniform dispersion of nanoscale silica (SiO2) particles in water, with a chemical formula of mSiO2·nH2O; its pH ranges from 6.0 to 8.0. This material boasts a large specific surface area and strong adsorption properties, along with excellent adhesion, superior high-temperature resistance, water resistance, and anti-slip performance.

Neutral silica sol

Ammonia-based silica sol uses organic bases such as ammonia alkali and ammonium alkali as stabilizers, replacing inorganic bases, resulting in products with low metal ion content and high purity.

Ammonia-type silica sol

Potassium-based silica sol uses potassium salts as stabilizers, resulting in a product with high purity, low impurities, and enhanced resistance to high temperatures, as well as superior bonding and stability properties.

Potassium-type silica sol

Low-sodium silica sol is formed by removing a portion of the sodium ions from alkaline silica sol, resulting in a low-sodium silica sol.

Low-sodium silica sol

The average particle size of the small-sized silica sol is 3–7 nm, featuring a large specific surface area (600–1000 m²/g), high permeability, and high viscosity.

Small-particle-size silica sol

The average particle size of the large-particle-size silica sol ranges from 30 to 130 nm, with a uniform particle size distribution, excellent stability, and high purity.

Large-particle-size silica sol

Quick-drying silica sol is achieved by polymer-modifying the surface of the silica sol, which helps establish wet strength in casting shells ahead of time, thereby reducing the drying time for casting molds and boosting casting production efficiency.
